You can access a merchant with an endless supply of elfroot well before you finish the quest to get them to help with the blight.

I forget the exact name, but its on the Brecilian Forest Outskirts, a little elf camp. The merchant there (House looking icon on the minimap) sells unlimited elfroot. You can then go to another merchant and purchase an endless supply of flasks, and then some merchants (I've seen human and dwarf merchants both like this) sell endless supplies of ...the agent with a blue icon.. for regular life poutices. (Totally forgot what it was. I just bought 700 of them and never have to worry about it again)

Same. Haven't had any problems at all with the install or the toolset itself. I have even made levels, rendered lightmaps, made areas out of those levels, exported them, and played them in the game. No problems at all.

I haven't been keeping up with the Unable to connect to database threads on the toolset forum. Also, the search function on that entire forum is terrible. If you haven't already, go through those threads and if they don't help, post a reply and see if anyone there can help. There are many more toolset users there than here at GB.

" Also lets be honest any pc gamer who isn't going to buy but still wants to try it will just pirate it it got leaked an hour ago all over the internet ppl are pirating this thing to the max its leecher galore lol so really i think majority of pc gamers wont miss to much because i don't know if its true but rumors say game can be exploited with hamachi to play online so its just gonna be spore all over again pirated like crazy. "

An hour ago..unless of course you are a member of a private tracker, where it was uploaded about 7 hours ago.

I'll even admit that I downloaded half of the files from it right when it got uploaded so I could use it to boost my ratio. Won't download the rest of the files required to do anything with it because single player never really appealed to me, but it's nice to use a popular release as a cushion. :)

" @JoshS:
Well, The Matrix Online had been active since early 2005. There was time for people to get really, really into it as an MMO, which was the original point of Not Like This, looking in on how the hardcore fans who still remained felt about the game being shut down. Warhammer Online, on the other hand, came out last year. In all likelihood if they announce they're going to pull the plug, people will just give up, and the place will be even deader than MxO was. "
Oh I know. I remember when Matrix Online was first announced, I was extremely excited. Then it came out and I forgot about it until the free trials happened. Played for less than 6 hours before I decided I didn't like it but I knew it would have a hardcore niche audience.

With all the recent MMO releases, the various server mergers, and then extreme decline in playerbase to a point where the company is better off shutting the server down, it just gives me more and more reason to believe that the only successful MMO in the same vein as WoW will be released after WoW is down to being populated by a similarly hardcore niche audience.

No matter how long that is from now, I find the shutdowns to be more evidence of it being true. Blizzard pretty much has that market locked down and they won't be letting go any time soon.

I never played more than a trial. At the time of release, I was playing WoW very rarely because I was busy with school and work. By the time I had time, a new dungeon had released in WoW so I got sucked into that. I enjoyed the trial a great deal even though it was very empty (player wise) everywhere I went. Maybe I picked a bad server or something..no idea.  I might check it out after finals now that I can login whenever.

Not that it will help the game stay alive..but at least I can speak about the game itself more intelligently.

To be clear, I don't hope the game shuts down. I just hope GB covers it like they did the Matrix when it does happen. (WHEN)

" Considering no one I know is getting it for PC, and there's no such thing as "joining a server and getting involved with that specific group" anymore, there's no reason to buy it. Some people need to realize that it's more than just lag to some people. I don't really like playing with people I've never seen before, especially when one of them might be under 12. "

That is my main reason for not buying it to be perfectly honest.
To be clear, I am not one of those idiots who signed that online petition as a way of expressing my wish to boycott the game, but I am not buying it.

For many years when it came to online shooters on the PC, I had the most fun when I was connecting to the same couple servers and playing with the same group of people for months at a time. Most of the people I would not like to get to know on any higher level other than playing the game so I would not add them to friends list on anything, but they were still fun to play with.

With that aspect of the game taken away, I see no reason to buy it on PC, and I currently do not have a means of connecting my 360 to the internet because I had to move my modem and router to another room in the last couple of months. (I will never pay for a wireless adapter :P)

I also have Dragon Age on PC and that will keep me busy for a long time as I am a modder and I have waited for Dragon Age specifically for the modding features for a few years.

Enjoy your game everyone, I will probably play my brother's 360 copy the next time I go visit him out of state.. if he hasn't traded it in already.

tl;dr  -  FUCK MW2!!!1`!!~!~1!!!  DRAGON AGEZ 4TW!!!DJSDQ`1~~~!!!
