Hello, I recently tried to sign up for the annual subscription. And even though my statement shows I paid 59 bucks (I live in Asia) I was forwarded to a 505 page after clicking the "click to finish" button. I sent a support message via the contact us form on Friday. I understand you work 9-5 Monday to Friday so I fully expected to wait until possibly Tuesday morning for a reply. No luck. I sent a new message on Tuesday night just in case my original got "lost". Still nothing. Not even a quick response saying you are looking into the matter. I would be REALLY grateful if someone, somewhere could help.
