technically, if you're walking on a road without clear sidewalks, its safer to walk on the side of the road where cars are driving in the opposite direction (towards you). That way you can both see each other to mitigate the chances of an accident.

Best gameplay? that seems very broad, but i think it would be an interesting counter to best looking

So 2hrs in, might be my favorite thing that I've played this year (disclaimer: i havent played many great games this year).

The writing is fantastic, the non-verbal language, the way they use sound and visuals to convey really subtle stuff. It's funny, just a blast to play. Not a particularly challenging game, although there was one section 1.5hrs in that i got stuck on for a bit. Not gonna spoil anything here, but the things you can control, the way the game works, you just have to think about level/movement differently and its pretty cool in that regard. Story seems promising,. Game has a lot of heart, and is just a blast to play. As someone who's been stressed out a bunch lately, this was pretty helpful for that. Just a joyous, happy game. Soothing.

Its got really good reviews on metacritic so far, and the trailer looks real neat. But there's not much more to go off of, and i havent heard many people talking about it. The 21.99 pricetag (cad) is just enough for me to pause before diving into it.

Pokemon HG/SS are very problematic when buying on ebay. if they are below market value, theyre almost always bootlegged or fake copies. As evidence, i own bootleg copies of both before i ended up just buying a copy off kijiji in person. Be especially careful about sellers who are not from N.A. or who claim especially long shipping times, or even if the price looks too good to be true. There's a rough market value for the legit cartridges, and if its way below that then just generally be suspicious with ebay. Overseas sellers like taobao are pretty suspect too. amazon isnt as bad but theyre stuff is also usually marked way higher.

With this stuff (valuable games with high market value), i find doing it in person really lowers the risk of stuff being fake. After all, if you're buying a used copy from someone, its most likely they actually played it rather than just selling copies of the game.
