Ah haven't gotten to the killing Wrex part yet myself :( But i know you can keep both if Wrex is dead from ME1.

If I remember right it happens as you're leaving the citadel after the Asari councilor tells you to go to Thessia.

The Salarians only give you 150 assets. By siding with the Salarians you will later have a confrontation with Wrex where you must kill him which causes you to lose Clan Urdnot's assets along with Wrex's. Siding with the Krogan ends up netting you more assets I believe.

Showing your squad members dying is much better than the plot hole of how they somehow escaped onto the Normandy imo.

I was really disappointed that Morinth didn't show up in the ardat yakshi mission.

It isn't nearly as bad as people are making it out to be, but it was definitely disappointing since the series has had very good story up until the end. I also would have liked to know what happened to all the characters I cared about in the aftermath of the ending.
