Its taken 20+ years for us to receive a good DBZ fighting game and i'm loving it. Who knew that putting a fighting game on a 2D plain works?
Why is this the case with some Japanese properties? should we just give all these fighting eques animes over to ARC?
I lost belief that a good DBZ fighting game would ever get made obviously until the release of DBZ fighterz so why do these Japanese companies keep churning out rubbish games for these beloved series? instead of taking time to pick a decent developer to craft a great game. We know it now can be done so their cannot be any excuses anymore.
What i'm trying to get at is I feel like the older games try to corporate a fighting game with RPG elements with a 3D plane and it never feels executed well. I'm hoping for more Anime 2d fighting games hopefully developed by ARC down the road as i see aalot of potential. I just hope these Japanese companies can trust someone but Bandai to do a decent job.
Will Naruto get the same treatment as DBZ fighterz?
Simple question that id assume will get a multitude of answers.
The main reason why i'm opposed to the toxicity and the normalization of this type of behavior is because I have a lot of introverted friends who tend to be very adapt at games but will never play Dota with me because of the spewing hatred on the chat. My first response was "just block them/mute them" but when you have to do that with every single party you are queued with it gets laborious.
For me i would remove the report system all together it is just used against players who have had a bad game or were in a bad match-up and the rest of the party dog-piles on that one person.
I would increase incentives to being nice to other human beings providing wards, buying courier advising teammates what to do e.g "specter recommends lion to buy x"
Anyway its a tough question that valve cant solve so I'm interested to know what suggestions on how to cut down on the unhelpful language present in dota/lol chat
Grindy games like wow or Diablo are perfect for listening to podcasts. I would usually listen to the audio at-least once though and once i bored of it ill switch on a podcast
We all know Jeff has a huge repository of older games locked away in his brain. I thought it would be funny if we see Jeff taking the road to see old arcade cabinets and old video games XD but bargaining with random strangers. I can imagine Jeff in a bathtub full of samurai showdown neogeo cartridges he bought for 50 dollars crying.

obviously this would be insane. But i love the old video game content on here and learning about older video games. How would you make it so people can get some education on older games?
