Im looking for a PC game from between 2000 and 2013. It was an RTS, economy played heavily into the mechanics. There were different factions that could take advantage of different resources and buildings, for instance there was an underwater race that could build buildings underwater only, and had access to all underwater hotspots. Oil was one resource, it was set in the near future.
You could form alliances and trade resources. You could set "macros" for trade ships, so for instance always deliver x amount of resource to one specific port, then pick up resource Y and bring it back. I don't remember much beyond that. Please help!
