I love the visual style and the sound of this game. Thanks for the quick look, I never would have seen it otherwise! I'm definitely the audience for this.
For the timeline maneuvers, it reminds me of XCOM Chimera Squad. I sorta trailed off that one; I wasn't into the style/humor of the game very much, although I thought the timeline was a good idea. Now there's this one, and Vinny highlighted even cooler calculations you do with the timeline mechanics. I'm in.
My biggest piece of advice is to avoid those crappy ~$20 irons. I had one and thought I was terrible / hated soldering but it's one case where the tool really was to blame. I eventually upgraded to the $100 Hakko FX-888 that everyone recommends (the Weller WE1010 is also fine). It's like night and day. The thing actually holds its temperature for a decent connection, the way an iron is supposed to work.

@warpr: You know, you're right. PSVR should just be my alternative. I own a PSVR headset now, and I had only bought the Quest so I didn't have the cords. If Sony does their next iteration without cords, not only would I buy that, but of course I'd be buying a PS5.
I do still need a good reason to buy a PS5, and that should be it.
I'm one of those people Ben talked about-- deliberately deleted my FB account. I've been free of it for about 5 years. I have an Oculus and I don't want to be made to get back into FB to use it. I guess by 2023, if that's correct, when I'll be forced to do it, I'll move on to a different headset? I presume there will be advances by then that will be worth moving on. Or maybe I'll just... not use anything.
This was great fun. I had it up on the tv (via roku) while I ran around doing stuff and sometimes I just had to sit down for a complete song out of the blue. I really enjoyed the random.
Does anyone know if the game is smart enough to give you credit for pulling the weeds before mowing? Or does mowing weeds count the same as pulling and there's no benefit to doing it more realistically?
