Fun fact; those whiskey barrel St. Bernards are a myth. The original depiction was first seen as a painting by some dude. Also, Alcohol doesn't actually warm you. It thins your blood. So if anything they would grant you a quick death if they were real.
My childhood best friend and I would play fighting games all the time. We were pretty even starting out, but after a few years around PSX era he would realize when I was throwing matches (to make sure he kept playing) and tell me to stop. I wouldn't really stop I'd just not go AS hard as if I was trying to win. Time moves on, I got MvC2 for the Dreamcast, he played it a bit in arcades but not much else, though he was familiar with most fighting games - especially Capcom. We sat down one evening for a few games. After throwing 1-2 he told me to stop it and play him for real. I proceeded to go 50-0. 50 matches won to zero. We didn't play many fighting games together after that unless it was a 3D fighter neither of us took seriously. lol
Vinny you could ground pound the floor with that first skeleton on the first screen and get access to a new route. The game gets MUCH harder, ridiculously so. If you felt the first last boss wasn't that satisfying try beating the mummy boss on Veteran without going nuts.
If you hate flossing consider those flosser/pick things where it's a piece of string on a two prong fork. They're great and your hands aren't covered in sticky mint and saliva afterward. I use GUM Flossers.
