All signs point to me wanting to play this at some point. I'd love a chance at a key. Thanks!

Here's mine.

Meepers' GOTY 2014 Top 10

I wish I had more time for a few of the games on my list but you gotta make do with what you got. I wish I had time to play Bayonetta 2 because I know it would've landed on there somewhere. Oh well, plenty of time to play it into the new year. That is, if I ever finish Dragon Age (not a complaint!)

Here's my list: Meepers' Top 10 2012

Games I would've loved to have included: X-COM (simply didn't play enough - only a mere eight hours!), Need for Speed: Most Wanted (own it, have yet to play it), Forza: Horizon (same as with NFS:MW), and Mark of the Ninja (played through only the first level.) At least the wait until February/March won't be painful.

Hey, requesting an invite again. I was one of those brilliant souls that added myself to the beta spreadsheet. Pretty sure I'm in the 'current' one now. Hook that steak sandwich up, Chie.

I added my details to the spreadsheet. The idea of an MMO-like game without a monthly fee appeals to me greatly. I hate having the pressure of 'not get my moneys worth' in a month or few month span of time. Hopefully this game is as fun as people are making it out to be.

Requested an invite as Meepers. If the crew is indeed full up, maybe someone can start one specifically for specific platform players (I'm on PC)? Just a thought.

Best of 2010

Meepers: Best of 2010

1. Red Dead Redemption

Finished singleplayer, put tons of time into multiplayer as well as the Undead Nightmare DLC. Very well executed ending. One of the best values of the year. Comparable to Rockstar's Bully in several positive ways.

2. Mass Effect 2

Such a massive improvement over the original game, this game was blinding me with awesomeness the whole way through. The stream of additional content was a massive improvement over the original game's add-ons as well.

3. Battlefield: Bad Company 2

I didn't buy this game for the singleplayer. I did play through it a couple times and found it to be completely non-offensive. The multiplayer is very well thought out and and although I know many people still miss planes, the focused squad mechanic makes it the game to play with friends.

4. Super Mario Galaxy 2

Still playing this game. The increased level of challenge has convinced me to pursue the Green stars which is something I didn't do in the original game. Pure Nintendo joy.

5. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit

Even though I held both Split/Second and Blur in very high regard and played both to a fairly high degree, just the base mechanic of being chased or pursuing another player gives this game an extreme longevity. Split/Second had awesome singleplayer and I put decent hours into Blur's online mode, this is the racing game that is the most satisfying.

6. Fallout: New Vegas

I had relatively high expectations coming off of the grandness that was Fallout, and unfortunately the presence of bugs affected my enjoyment of this game. That being said, I felt that it added enough new systems and the Western flair that I am so familiar with that has convinced me to start up a new character for a hardcore playthrough. I'm not sure how I feel about buying additional content when the base game is crash-prone enough as is. That said, if the content is good enough, I will definitely check it out eventually.

7. Bayonetta

A surprise to me considering my growing fatigue of the Devil May Cry series. Even though this game is published by Sega, it is a Capcom game through and through. While the narrative of the game is complete insanity and didn't do a whole lot for me, the lightning-speed gameplay is what will allow me to finally let go of my old PS2 copy of Devil May Cry 3. Bayonetta is not at all the game I expected it to be, and god bless it for it.

8. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty

A game 12 years in the making and although you'd think with that lineage it would be a bit higher on my list, but sadly the multiplayer is not something I felt I had time to dedicate myself to. It is a game that is just beginning, with the modding scene just warming up. It is a game that I will likely never uninstall, and with good reason.

9. Halo: Reach

The first real online Halo game for me. Forge world is amazing, and the base workings of Halo are solid as they ever were. Although I would never consider myself anything more than a casual Halo player, I have a good feeling this is another multiplayer game I won't stop popping in from time to time.

10. Darksiders

Someone made a darker version of The Legend of Zelda and dropped it the first week of the year! I really enjoyed this game, even though no aspect of it was particularly deep. Heck, I even played through it nearly completely twice because a game-breaking bug halted my progress in the last dungeon in the game. That alone should speak for how much I enjoyed playing through this game.

Halo: Reach is a good game I enjoy playing.  I would happily accept another excuse to play it.  Please give that unto me, Mr. Bomb.
