Today I had the best coconut cream pie ever made anywhere in this world. My boyfriend's mom makes her pie from scratch: from the crust, to the coconut milk, to the lightly toasted coconut on top. Not too sweet, not soggy, and not bland. This pie is so good -- wars would be fought over this pie.
For all of you who love pie...you understand why I've had to share this experience.
Alistair's great; especially during my third time through because I did the Ostegar DLC early and equipped him with all of Callian's gear. Alistair get bonuses and his fatigue's low. I took my dog with me everywhere this time, and, along with Alistair, I rarely had to worry about enemies. This allowed me to swap the forth slot for plot reasons (Oghren at Orzammar for example) or to help me defeat powerful enemies like the Urn Dragon.
My boyfriend introduced me to Giant Bomb. At first, I didn't think I would like the crew, but I'm impressed with how impartial they are to developers (if a game sucks, they let you know). Also, I appreciate how welcoming they are to us who haven't played video games since the NES days. Many sites and magazines cater to those who play everything on hardcore and think everyone else shouldn't touch a controller.
Well, I'm off to find out which dessert is also the name of a puzzle game.
