Not at all. I am just now catching up on some games that were launched back in 2015 when the One x and ps4 came out. So many of previous gen games have gone on sale that are stupidly cheap these days. I don't play a ton of games as it is anymore so that is part of it, but I also don't play games online with people so I really don't feel the need to have the newest thing all the time.

Do GT you cowards! In all seriousness, All Systems Goku was a ton of fun. It was some of the most fun I had watching anime in a long time. Hearing people who are really not all that into anime watch something like Dragonball and following that journey was such a blast. I'm not sure if they can capture that again, but it would be neat if they somehow could do it again.

I'm not sure if this is a solution. I been using Internet Download Manager for nearly 20 years at this point for batch downloads. You're able to download just about any file type and even site rips of pictures and videos as long as you give the application your credentials you can download tons of content that is behind the paywall.

On the Bombcast Jeff honestly seems excited to move forward with where Giant Bomb will be going even if it will be a challenge. I am repeating myself here, but if Jeff is excited to what is to come I have no reason to believe otherwise.

I recently came into a massive change in my life, while it will be one of the most challenging things I have ever done, I am excited for the change and up for the challenge as the end result will absolutely outweigh the negatives. Why Am I rambling about all this, well I feel like a very similar thing is happening to GB and supper excited to see where things go.

As for my history with Giant Bomb I've only been here for a few years. Maybe about 4-5 years I think. It was around when they were doing Mario Party Party is where I became a premium member and never looked back. I've been rather passive listener to the shows and comment from time to time on the boards but I just don't have the time and honestly don't have a whole lot to say. I probably listen to their podcast and watch their videos more than I actually play any video games, but even then, it's only when I have time. Don't get me wrong, I will miss everyone that will be leaving, but it's like any relationship. They are moving on to greener pastures and grow as people. Being at one company for so long just is going to take its toll on you so I don't blame them for wanting to just move on if they have no interest on what that future of GB is going to be. I get it, this last year especially recently have done of soul searching in what I want in life then the same BS I been doing for years.

I'm not sure if I even made my point at all, but I wish everyone leaving nothing but the best of luck and I'll be here at least til my subscription ends some time in 2022. I'm sure by then all the kinks will have been worked out by then. Thanks for listening to my ramblings.

People seriously need to chill. It's been a day. We will no more on on Friday and likely more in the coming weeks.

I'm going to be optimistic here. We don't know close to enough as to why they are leaving and frankly it's not my business as to know why. If Jeff is staying behind and has a positive attitude about moving forward then I'm fine with everything. Sure I will miss the guys, but nothing ever stays the same. I can very much relate to what these guys have been going through the last year so, and maybe I just am a bit more understanding because I very much in the same boat of what I want in my life. My sub ends in 2022 so I'll be sticking around til at least then. I am willing to give whatever the new version of GB a chance. Change can be scary especially when there is a lot of unknowns. Still it is inevitable and often for the better to grow and move forward.

Wait for their $35 sale. I often will buy a year or two when they have them. For me even at $50 a year I get more than enough content I feel is worth it for sure.

I've put well over 2000 hours into these games and honestly I don't even recognize it at all as gross.

I've bought a handful of game because of Gamepass. A good amount of games on there go for sale often and for real cheap, plus you get a discount as well being a member.

Keep on with the Pachinko machines and sell their right to indie devs who are interested. They clearly have no interest in video games anymore.
