The Prince of Persia Epilogue was really, really awful. Artificially hard gameplay and super cheap bosses and uninspired narrative. It actually soured the original game for me a bit.
So I just was thinking, what's up with with little blonde girls always that always show in the first scene/film/episode/trailer in Zombiedom?
Some people were complaining "Oh Noes! Not an innocent child! " But zombie kids have always been around, especially little blonde teenage ones...who knew?
@Hamz: Apologies, new to the forums. I recently linked to a video I made myself. While my commentary was short, I think I made up to it in subsequent posts. Will remeber for next time tho!
@dudeglove: Haha! I agree. Also a fall like that would've messed her up pretty bad, yet when she hits the grass it might as well be a quishy matress...oh well, we're nitpicking. ;-)
@Milkman: I agree, the music track was 8 minutes, the trailer is 3. I only had to make one single music edit to make it match to my liking. personally I loved how the horns comes in just as she smashes through the glass and the music is perfectly cued until the screen goes black. I liked how that worked out.
I know there are many fan edits that are quite awful. The worse I have seen for this one was the original trailer dyed red with "Let the Bodies Hit The Floor" replacing the music. *Shiver*
@BeachThunder: It was a bit. I snipped it at every cut of the original video and reversed all backwards footage and then just stacked em from beginning to end. I am amazed how well it fit.
@ryanwho: Dude! It's just a quick edit from a brand new fan, no offense to the brilliance of the original trailer intended. But everyone has an opinion and I appreciate yours, and certainly see your point of view.
Edit: I captured the original IGN release of the film and imported it in Adobe Premiere. I snipped at every cut of the original vid, grabbed all reverse motion footage and flipped them into forward motion. Then arranged everything in chronological order. Since the final shot ended on the eye of the girl, I was totally reminded of "Lost" so I grabbed the track from the final season of Lost, "Moving On". Since that track was a lot longer than the video, I had to cut a good portion of the intro, and in the middle. My favorite is how when the dad chucks the girl through the window, the horns come up in the music and it plays perfectly until the screen goes black. I was amazed it matched so well. I had fun making this, enjoy!
