I had this too, You should try going to the settings screen and turning on 'attack by movement direction'. It gives you way more control then the unpredictable default 'attack by mouse direction'. I haven't bought the original mount and blade so I don't realy know what you mean by classic tough.

Yes Bioware has made it virtually impossible to reach the cap unless you use exploits, so yeah, no cap :)

you can only get it if you're 100% and have done the side quest or nug thing

81 hours, but I remember staring at allot of loading screens and being in agony whenever there was a door in front of me. (vista)
