The whole multi-console ownership segment was fascinating. Not gonna lie, as a PS4 owner, I've kind of been eyeing the Xbone lately - mainly because of Halo 5, Forza and Rise of the Tomb Raider. But I just don't have the space for more consoles. Heck, even my PS4 is hooked up to my PC monitor. So what I'm saying is if those games were all released on Windows 10 I'd be set.
That's how a lot of people feel I think. Even people like me who only own a Wii U. I generally don't care for PlayStation first party games, but some of the Microsoft FP games look amazing. I want in on that. Just not worth a console. I think Microsoft would make a huge step in the right direction if they'd release all their games on PC as well.
I played the GBA version so much. It was amazing. Also recently installed THPS3 on the PC, it really holds up well. My daughter got into it. I remember back when it was released I did a lot of online on it. Man some of those runs took long because someone was always putting down some monster score.
It's funny. When I played the HD remake, I finished it and made me reinstalled THPS3 on the PC. I finished that as well and kept playing it, it is fundamentally so much better.
Damnit, how hard is it to make a good Tony Hawk game!
An indie developer needs to make a good skateboard game. Skateboarding is such a good concept for a video game.
The fundamentals are completely wrong. I can't believe they continue to develop when they didn't have the physics, the feel right yet. I mean they must have noticed.
A new THPS game could be so good. Good online mode, maybe be able to make a level together and ride it together. Stuff like that.
I also think that getting of your board should be part of any skating game and cool level design. Getting ontop of weird placis and dropping in and stuff.
