The Flower in the Oasis

My first themed level and definitely didn't come up with the idea during the latest heatwave. Nope, not at all. It's one of the more challenging levels I've made but I have all of the confidence in the world Ben and Dan will destroy it.

First 3D World level I've made, this was a lot of fun to make and it's not too challenging. Lots of clear pipes to choose from.

This is my first time with Mario Maker but I'm loving the creation tools and hope to make more. Here are my levels.

Delivery in the Snow: 8TF-LFJ-N1H - Pretty easy, just a first try at creating a level

Sawbones: H0W-BD2-YXG - More challenging than the first but not bad at all. Trying out some On/Off switches and lifts.

Hoping to try some of the community ones when I stream Thursday night.

@dirtybirdy: Yeah I checked later too. Ian said on Twitter he updated the download bundle but the GitHub version was out of date. That's what I saw first. Updated my old message to remove that warning.

I got Bloodborne during one of the last PSN flash sales and this is my first time playing a "Souls"-type game. I still haven't defeated a boss yet but I'm getting close. Yet as much as it can be frustrating, I enjoy it a lot. I love the feeling of accomplishment just from reaching a new area and making it out alive.

Also playing Cuphead, and what is left to say about that game? It's fantastic and it's one of my favorite games of the year. Made it to world 3 and every time I think I am going to hit a wall, I come back and patterns start to emerge. It's euphoric to finally see that Knockout screen.

Resident Evil. I specifically remember my dad and I renting a PS1 for the weekend and having to run in and out of the room while he played RE1.

I'm only on Isle Two and about 40% done and I think for the most part the difficulty is okay. Don't get me wrong, I've failed over 300 times and counting but there is a strong sense of accomplishment when everything finally goes right and you get the Knockout screen. I screamed for joy when I beat the Genie level last night.

I agree with the sentiment that sometimes it is just a roll of the dice to get the right enemy pattern. Specifically the Ribby and Croaks fight was a big RNG gamble on the final stage. I HATED that fight.
