@yummylee: Well, you have to admit that GTA 4 and its expansions experimented with the "immigrant" protagonist, which is unique for the series.

Unless you count GTA1, where you picked from a long list of male and female characters of all backgrounds.

So, although it is a bit of a troll thread, I think that's a valid observation and leaves room for discussion.

I think that one of the main reasons that GTA 4 was widely regarded as a disappointment and was a relative commercial failure is that the main protagonist was a foreigner.

It really broke the immersion that the previous games in the series had. Running around New York City as a Russian fighting other Russians is just not what GTA 4 should have been.

Can't wait to play as Trevor in GTA 5!

Why are the GB crew so detached of the insane amount of hype for this game? They keep saying how no one talks about it, but for the last few weeks, I've been seeing ads and trailers EVERYWHERE.

Plus, my personal hype level is way higher than it was for GTA 4. anyone agrees?

Of course they should pay more. They leak blood for five days every month, they endanger themselves and their brood when they give birth, and they cause males around them to fight each other. They're more likely to cause and receive injuries.
