@viniciusale: drive club is the closest in terms of driving feel but forza horizon outclasses it in every way. i typically don't like open world racing games which is why I was really rooting for drive club to be good but fh3 was good enough to make me forget all about DC
@infinity_thor: I've only played fh3 cuz it came with my x1s bundle but I absolutely loved it. Especially after being somewhat let down by Drive Club, turns our forza horizon was what I was looking for after all. :D Did you play the Hot Wheels DLC for 3? it's obviously ridiculous but it looks awesome and its a really fun time!
@gridrunner2049: yeah. they seem to love that game almost to a fault. I was pretty put off by PUBG getting the top spot when it still had so many problems/shortcomings from a technical perspective. Especially considering the polish and complete experience of Mario, Zelda, & Cuphead. (those are just the others in the top 5 I have experience with)
@minipato: I have only played the Survival mode. I think the story mode is either WIP or very early versions. I have to admit that I have yet to survive the final big horde but I assume if you survive that you probably get some sort of score based on how you did. Hopefully someone who was good enough to survive can jump in here and give a better answer.
Just jumping in here to say that anyone on the fence about picking up the game should definitely go ahead and buy it. I bought it after watching the video and played 16 hours over the long weekend. It's tough and I'm not especially good at this style of games but I'm still having an absolute blast.
