For those just tuning in, the developers of the upcomingGoldeneye 007 remake are not only trying to make lightning strike twice, but put it in a bottle and find ways to mass produce it with different flavors of Daniel Craig. One of their latest ideas? Making camper-unfriendly game types. Hmm.

According to Bitmob, the game will include a modifier called "Move Your Feet." This modifier, when enabled, automatically causes any player who stands still for 3 seconds to explode. "It worked beautifully in practice," reports the site, "morphing the map into a hectic affair that zeroed out any chance of a foe settling in to camp."
Sounds spiff, and i'm sure many will welcome it, but now you just jump back and forth. So now the campers dance and are harder to hit. I liked the idea until people started bringing up this problem. Then I remember that I wasn't remotely interested in this game.
Keep trying, developers. The rest of us will just stick with Goldeneye: Source. Except me, when I never got to install.

As much as I'd like to have a real opinion on the mater of whether or not the franchise should kick the bucket, I like to think that any once-loved franchise should have at least one or more two good games be put out before it kicks the bucket. For example, I don't think its flattering to see Sonic go out on 'hogwolf' and a guy singing about his LSD experience. I know Sega won't be killing off its cash cow anytime soon, but they should learn a few things from the next video.
This is one guy in 3DS Max and After Effects. Pretty awesome. Is this the kind of Sonic the gaming community wants to see?
(This is the part where cans of worms get opened and 3/4 of the population call for its demise. Fun fun.)
