With context it's just actors acting. With no context it's the most minimalist implication of sexual assault imaginable.
And without being told it's supposed to be sexual assault, it sort of just looks like plumber crack as the guy bends down to choke her.
It's not rape porn. It's used very clearly to make a point. You're not supposed to think any of what is going on is good.
