*Pretends to be shocked* The game looked extremely boring and uninspired from the first trailer, so much so Terry Crews couldn't rescue it. I remember playing Crackdown 1 and while it was fun, games have made the concepts way more refined and fun in the long-term (see Spiderman, Saint's Row 3/4, Sunset Overdrive ect).
@humanity: I've never played a BR before and I'm really liking this. I came from CS:GO and Siege and the action is very different from those games as its an extended and constant conflict. I feel the game is fast, its strategic, and the encounters are managed by keeping your eyes open and moving with purpose. Some matches yes, are looting, looting, dead. But if my squad and I have a loose plan, smart movement, and pay attention to the map, it's easy to put yourself in winnable situations. As for the shotguns/armor I'm not sure if its your latency or aim but armor can really only take 1-2 direct shots from a shotgun (its only 25 armor per segment). I love chipping armor down with a rifle and sliding in with a shotgun to instantly down them.
The wall-hacking example was from CS:GO where Forsaken was caught mid-game with a program installed on his computer. Not only did he have his professional contract terminated by Optic Gaming but his teammates were released as well. This was the first pro CS:GO team in India essentially crippled that pro scene (for now).
