@do_the_manta_ray: There might also be consideration for the fact that this is going up on YouTube, and given (some of? all of?) those anime scenes are from the recent-ish films and series they might set off some automated copyright stuff. Easier to do this than deal with the fallout from that.
Huh, totally didn't expect my message about ads to get read! It's certainly telling that Jeff has a much better view of the way advertising is going than the people employed to make decisions in the space.
