I read the whole thing on reddit it was pretty sad, it was a 39 year old guy with cancer and he decided to go with the "die with dignity" option he went off his painkillers and just decided to talk to reddit, he eventually lost his password and couldn't post anymore.

easily metro 2033, i just beat it on ranger hardcore (no HUD very little ammo and everything kills you easily) I love the game so much it is easily one of may favorites.
