Jeff - Ubisoft's name is not shorthand for "Ubiquitous Software". Ubisoft started in Brittany, France, so their name is the acronym "UBI" (Union des Bretons Independants) and "Software"
I think someone ought to point out to the crew that this chapter is the slowest and least interesting of this whole game. It's a painfully drawn-out way to frame the optional real estate content, which isn't worth pursuing. This is compounded considering Majima's fantastic intro chapters. Fret not--Kiryu's chapters pick up later on and he definitely does a lot of cool guy stuff.
