@Atramentous: Hi. Have you read the entire thread? I think we discussed this entire issue. So calm down, it was only a question. I've had talks with two mods today about it and I think both sides have valid points. Mods are humans and it's their discretion, and bloggers have opinions too. If any thing, having a conversation while airing complaints can only better a site by listening to their audience. It seems the gamers want more mods and more action. So relax and stop ad hominem statements. Whiskey Media does have the rights to moderate, but people do have a right to share opinions if permitted. Just because people disagree with you, doesn't make them wrong (or 12.) It makes them part of a social environment. Those who choose to go beyond the rules of the community will eventually face justice, just like in real life. So again, it's only a question Your opinion is valid and your passion seems intense, but I hope you can understand opposing views, or at least come to terms that in someone elses perspective, they are valid. Now enjoy the forum.
I thought maybe it's cause I moved from FLorida to Ohio and there's diff. distributers, but last game was #4 on my list and it skipped over a "High," "Medium," and "Low" to get there. My first game ever was #6 on my list. I tried the zero games but my top choice, but it took them a week and a half to get it to me.
@Axxol: A mod already commented on this thread, and I talked to them and the person who locked it. We're cool. But everyone keep repeating their two cents.
So, I send a game back and it takes at least 2+ days for another one to ship. I've received as low as #6 on my Q before, even though two of the top 5 were "High" status. This is the second time I've received #4 in the last TWO times sending it back. I know they have "reasons," but has anyone else had this happen? Are there any other services? Any tricks to get the game you actually want?
Mr. Scratch is the novelized version of Alan Wake. Alan Wake is stuck in the cabin and you only play as him in the very beginning. Everything from the car crash on is Mr. Scratch, who is the version of Alan that Alan is writing in the story. It's all a story that is being manipulated by Barbara Jagger in an attempt to give the darkness power, but the TVs are Alan's subconscious trying to make him realize that it's not real. The DLC delves further into this concept.
