This is the first time i turn off a GB video in disgust. Some intern probably forgot a screw or something. Do I demand Brad come to my house to reread to bombcast to my house when the audio is bad. Or when a stream is out of sync. Mistakes are made. Please leave that elitism out of your content. Have some actual respect For people in service and retail jobs when you are having a issue. Not just talking nice about it on a bombcast.
I think all the criticism here has been very respectful and tactful - evidenced by the fact that most posters have to qualify their statements by saying how much they still support the site, etc. People who think the comments are a sea of whining and hostility need to re-read it (also, I think there was actually only 1 or 2 people who were letting their subs lapse, not a "cancel brigade", seriously?)
Anyway, just wanted to add my quick 2 cents. I am also not a fan of call-in shows either, so I would support either changing it up like previous posters suggested, or labeling it differently in the schedule. Not canceling, or whining or being entitled or anything, just putting my opinion out there.
I would be less frustrated by brad if he didn't blame the issue on the game after discovering it. No, "Alternate mode required" isn't a bad message, you just refused to pay attention to the clues, or to the time you actually got it but missed the "Too Far Away" prompt. If he just owned up to missing something, and didn't blame it on the game, his mistakes would be so much more bearable.
