First of all, you shouldn't be playing MMO's if you like to play solo. I mean, why pay a monthly fee to play a Massively Multiplayer game? When you could easily do quests and collect items in single player games like Oblivion and The Witcher and you'll get better storytelling and better graphics with nobody bothering you.

BUT! if you still want to play Warhammer, yes you can play solo and still enjoy the game. The game has regular PVE quests that are pretty fun and don't involve grinding at all and also the PVP aspect can be soloed completely. You can join public quests without entering a party, you just walk there and you're in and you still can get awesome items and you can join PVP instances without a party and smash some stunties without a problem.

I'm pretty sure her best bet is to install boot camp and try it.

I'm able to run it on medium-high settings using a macbook pro, 2gb ram, ati1600m.
Windows XP SP3.

Im pretty sure no virtualization will run it and nope, there's no mac client nor word of one coming in the future.

I'm a young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law.

No posters, but a couple months back I went to ebay and bought original Nintendo Power posters (Super Metroid, Starfox 64) which I'll frame and put in a retro gaming nerdy room someday.

Have him joined. I loved Frog also but yeah, Magus is way too cool. Plus having some rivalry in your party brings a little extra something to the story.

Metal Gear Solid is not a game. It's more of an Interactive Movie, like those Blu-Rays you get from Disney. It's still a  pretty good Interactive Movie. Just not a game :D

I'm a web designer and I really love my job. But it's starting to worry me, I work 10 - 12 hours a day non-stop, then I come home go to sleep and dream about work. How can fix this or do that, then my weekends go by really fast, I get beat by the Apprentice in Soul Calibur, get killed by the cops in GTA and then I just sit and stare at my computer again...

I'm all for browser alternatives to IE, but firefox should be the only one you should be using. :)
