This reminds me of a child that still doesn't have a full grasp on the number system concept and confuses millions or billions in this case with thousands of dollars. I.e. "Mommy, I want a thousand-billion dollars to buy all the candy in the candy store."

My vote goes towards Liquid Sky.
A movie so avant garde that not even Netflix has it in its database.
It is more indie and '80s New Wave than anything, but the amount of autoerotic masturbation and cross-dressing that occurs in this film is hideous. Plus, the main heroine uses copious amounts of heroin to fuel her nympho sex antics with her "victims" so that the shapeless aliens hovering over NYC can absorb the DNA recovered after killing the mate via orgasm. Yeah... that's pretty f'ed up. The main actress also plays the lead male role and at one point gives herself a blow job - a dubious honor that I don't think any other actor/actress has taken since.
How this is an important film is beyond me. The soundtrack is nigh unbearable and the faux acting is so surreal it literally teleports you back to the 1980s, only in a harsh, crass version of New York devoid of any of things you loved about it. It hurts.
Finally, I think this is where Lady Gaga found her current getup (actual movie screen grab found below.)
