Indeed it is a very clear statement. To elaborate on that, it's basically saying, they're not working on it. Remember Fallout 3 DLC? They said "No, not at the moment" for the DLC on the PS3 after the release of 360 and PC. Months later, it changed.
It's a straight forward game even though they intend to build it very much like a RPG but due to the limited capabilities of the controller.. it killed it. They also ruined the endgame bit by rushing it.
Despite this topic being blunt obvious on the question, I see a pile of irrelevant rubbish pictures and some of them that have characters have just no taste.
" Do you listen to the Bomb Cast? Vinny called it his GOTY! "
Honestly, it doesn't matter anymore who called what GOTY or anything else. It comes down to the buyer making their own decision whether to get it or not by reviews, taste etc.
Recently announced or perhaps leaked to the internet that this edition comes with 3 bonus missions, a ezio firgurine and some crap: music etc. It will sell for approximatley 80-90 USD.
Honestly, what kind of dumbfuck do they think I am? Not to mention you get exclusive weapons when completing AC on PSP and plugging it to the PS3.
Bottomline, Ubisoft sure knows how to rip people off.
Looks like i'm alittle late to help. Anyways, for future reference - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:System_Requirements

High - Game can be runned up to high, not very high.
Mods are always flawed and in this case, they don't always become friendly with each other. Your most probable cause of the crashes you've encountered are either having your settings too high or having a mod which is incompatible with another thus causing ingame issues. I could've told you that the minute I saw your problem but I was abit late.
This product going multiplatform can sometimes become a hassle when one is to choose for it to be played. It always comes down to features and the convenience for the buyer.
These three versions which have slightly different perks but the core game remains the same.
PC without doubt is the dominant version out of the three due to the capabilities it offers such as third-party modifications which can be downloaded from sites such as tesnexus.com with cheats and guides from UESP.WIKI Oblivion. Modifications can either be downloaded or personally modified with the Construction Set offered free by Bethesda. Modifications include modified ingame items, new items, characters and many other changes which include better textures, new quests, buildings which the possibilities are ment to be endless.
360 & PS3 are "pretty much" the same but with few minor differences between the two: I've read somewhere that the PS3 version was the last version released thus slightly better graphical improvements. Though it's very limited in terms of tweaking and many other features when compared to the PC version. Limited by the fact that it's insert and play, no personal tweaking besides the ingame option but that's considered as "adjusting" and special content can only be obtained in their respective market places. 360: Xbox Marketplace. PS3: PSN.
Again, it comes down to features and convenience for the buyer. I've always believed someone should have the right to make their own decisions in what they purchase at their own convenience not to be urged or pressed by their peers or so-called friends into another for their own benefit.
