Well I can guess based on my previous F2P MMO experiences.

1) No idea really
2) ^^^^
3) Probably, if by enjoying end game you mean having the extra stuff like pets and Super Sparkly Purple Wonder Swords of Alganon that they always sell in the money shops in F2P MMOs.
 4) Probably, as most of the hardcore players will be leaving as they will feel betrayed by the devs that their precious endgame content is now going to have to cost real money, as well as being only a rental. Oh, and they'll probably all be pissed that a huge influx of n00bs will be coming into the game right about now.

I'd say don't bother, play a better MMO. I'd reccomend EVE online if you love a hardcore MMO, can maintain activeness with a guild/clan, and don't mind loosing all your hard work when your ship inevitably gets blown up, as well as experiencing IMO the best combat in any MMO. Star Wars Galaxies is another one, it's only OK, I always thought it was better than WoW or any of those fantasy games, but nobody plays it since well, like 5 years ago. Theres a Fallout MMO in the works, as well as the Need For Speed MMO, both of which will probably turn out better than LOTR.

" Through mere curiosity EliasT, have you taken anything from this thread? "

He obviously hasn't,
And I for one am about done with him,
I said earlier that people who don't understand social boundaries will continue to cross them until it drives everyone away from them,
Well, Elias I tried to be helpful, But you are an arrogant self absorbed little prick.
At first I thought you were a nice kid who was just kind of awkward, But your continuing attacks on everyone have shown me otherwise.

Disregarding your comment because you didn't read the rest of the thread. "
Dude 3 days is not long enough to say you know him, or that he knows you.   Just accept that?  If someone I spoke to for 3 days randomly rang me I'd probably hang up as well thinking to myself "wtf was that all about?". "
Well, in my book, that makes you a cunt. "

 No Elias,
Disregarding anything anyone says because it's not what you believe to be true,  Even when EVERYONE who has responded has given you the exact same advice, then insulting them for their effort
That is the kind of thing a cunt does. "

" Dudes don't call eachother to have chats. "

What you just said makes no sense whatsoever, A PHONE IS FOR CHATTING WITH MOTHERFUCKERS. "
No, women do that. Men clear things up in 2-3 sentences. "
Oh real classy, calling me feminine. "
This is generally true. Most men do have 2-3 sentence conversations and they're usually involving plans. An objective, as mentioned above.  Your lashing out is giving home schooled people a bad name. "
I have a online friends I chat with, it's what teenagers do, they chat. I don't see the problem, I'm not gay if that's what you're implying. "

Being a high school student right now (Which by the way, this thread makes me feel proud to go to a real school), I know for a fact that guys do not just call each other up and chat, especially when they have only known each other for 3 days. I would never call up some kid I sat next to for three days and ask them that shit. I may chat with my friend, mind you, over Facebook, not over the phone, I've known him since Kindergarten so we are basically bros, but I usually only do it when I have a specific goal for the conversation in mind, either I have a plan, or I have something specific to tell him, I would never call him just to chat about shit on the phone. If you want to just chat and bullshit use Facebook or something, but even that is stretching it. Theres this dude who always messages me on Facebook, were sorta friends and even though I am very casual and lenient, even I feel a bit awkward when that dude messages me, guys just don't chat, unless, however your chatting with your girlfriend, that is the best thing you could do with your phone, as well as being a nice thing for her.

I can pretty much guarantee you will read the first few lines of this post, become filled with rage, and cuss me out calling me something along the lines of an ignorant cunt.

I'm not an ignorant cunt, I'm just trying to help. If you cannot resist your anger long enough to just read this post, then that really just shows your social skills are lacking, more so than they already are. One skill you need to learn is to learn how to put up with other people's bullshit, one skill which you, rather apparently, haven't learned yet.

How in the hell will games work with Natal, you do not have much space to move around in your living room, at least not enough to traverse a game's world.

Spore, the original 1 hour long demo was amazing, way back, years ago, but they really fucked it up when they took away most of the procedural stuff, especially the procedural creature animations, those were awesome.

They basically ruined the game when they decided to go for a cartoony approach rather than the original realistic look, and made the game completely linear.

I found the exploration to be unusually alot of fun, and searching for the unique weapons was always fun. I also liked the characters and the storyline, though I believe it went downhill once the Enclave gets into the story, and the sort of mysterious fog over the world sort of lifts away then, and the exposition starts, that is where I believe the story took a turn for the worst.

I know that being a game released about 4 years ago, it's doing pretty well, but what I don't get is, why do people appreciate games like COD so much, I believe the Battlefield series, at least the PC ones are lightyears ahead of most of the console run and gun games like COD. The battles are huge, lots of tactics are needed, theres tons of vehicles and jets and stuff, but people tend to like games like the Call of Duty series, which have small maps which involve little to no tactics, and rarely have any vehicles, so I ask you, why do you think this game doesn't have the huge following it deserves?
