I was getting curious how you guys would handle reviewing this game, since you were so close to it throughout it's development. I applaud your decision to not review it. Well done.
I've been on the fence about whether or not to give Cargo the quest for gravity a chance or not. If it shows up on the Steam Sale then I am going to have to get it.
That's what I basically did with Black Ops, I tried the single player but really didn't have much interest in "the numbers" But had some friends that played the multiplayer all the time. So I picked it up and feel I have gotten my money's worth out of it without the single player.
So is this what Hei$t turned into after getting canned? Or was this supposed to be a knock off of that that game? I don't mind it too much but Hei$t seemed to have a deeper concept of recruiting team members. (crowd control, get-away driver, safe cracker, etc), staking out the bank and planning the job, and then executing the plan. This just seems to be shoot all the cops.
At this point I don't care. at my house I rarely get out the second controller, much less the 3rd or 4th controllers, on my systems. I am kinda resigned to the fact that local multi-player is kinda a thing of the past. Most games only allow 2 player split screen online. (except for halo I guess) As long as the Wii U is used in a way that is intuitive and adds to the game play. I don't mind if its only a 1 player enhancement.
