Cool shit Austin. I'm ~ 14 hours in and this is my favorite souls game yet. Hope the lore holds up so those youtubers can explain all that shit to me. The weapons with unique animations and attacks are amazing and they don't hold all the good weapons till the end of the game like some shittier games...
Been playing the JP version for a few weeks until i can grab the US version for my new 3ds and not my shitty launch one. You really arent missing anything. I was pissed when I heard about it but it really comes off as... molester-ish now that I've played it. At one point one of the girls said, "Come on (name of girl I forget) just bear with it." In all fairness this was with the English patch and god knows how accurate the translation is but... ehhhhh
I did not see the 3 coming. Not really sure it is earned honestly but I haven't run into any big problems after 15 hours so I guess I'm lucky and the core game is so fucking good. Feels like we are judging it too harshly while letting other games off easier that release in a similar broken ass state. Well written either way Dan
@beachthunder: Dslyecxi has a lot of videos from Arma 2 and 3 running missions with his team that really got me into looking into a group to do this kind of stuff with. I have only participated in one so far but its really fun.

God I miss the days United Operations still ran ARMA 2 and had a decent sized community. Shacktac is the shit but they dont let people into their group, UO was open to the public for the most part. If you play ARMA 3, UO still plays it and has a decent group on the weekends that I heard was pretty good
