Best of 2010.

My top ten best game's of 2010.

List items

  • And this "ladies and gentlemen" is my game of the year for 2010. Mass effect 2 is my AC 2 of this year, since it fixes all the problems that its predecessor struggled with. ME 2 also combines the living breathing world of RDR with the complex character's of HR. No game this year gave me more hours of enjoyment, and I didn't even play the DLC. The Mass Effect universe is one of the most engrossing worlds gaming has ever known and ME 2 let's you explore every nook and cranny, all while providing a satisfying combat system and beautiful worlds for you to explore. Amazing.

  • All I can say about Red Dead Redemption is "wow". This is by far my favorite R* game and is without a doubt the best "old west" game ever made. The world in RDR feels real and the character's that inhabit it are no exception. The 40 hours I spent playing the games single player are some of the best I've spent all year. And unlike many of R* previous games, I never felt frustrated or said " now why would they do that!". If you haven't played it, you really should.

  • If I had to use one word to describe Heavy Rain, it would be "emotional".No game before has made me care for its character's the way this game did. By the end of the game, I was so invested in seeing each of their outcomes . From the dull moments of day to day life, to the incredibly tense and heart pounding action scene's. Heavy Rain will always have a place in my heart and my mind. A perfect game? no,but easily the most emotional and sincere game I've played all year.

  • Oh man was this game a blast! No other game this year had me laughing and scratching my head at the same time as much as Bayonetta. From start to finish the game never takes its foot of the gas, moving from one fight to the next with incredible speed and grace. Bayonettea is a symphony of crazy that is loud and obnoxious, but never misses a beat.

  • Ubisoft has done it again.Working off the improvements made in Assassins creed 2,brotherhood is a truly great game from top to bottom. With more ways to stab dudes in the face and neck and solid online multi player. Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood moves the series forward in a meaningful way, and is one of 2010s best game's.

  • In my opinion the Rock Band series has been easily the most consistent and enjoyable rhythm game franchise ever since it started back in 07. And the third installment only provides further proof of that, with the best soundtrack the series has ever had, to the all new pro instruments. Not only is it a fantastic sequel, but its also one of this years best game's.

  • Hands down the best puzzle game of 2010.This game is dangerously addictive, and with well over 300 different puzzles not including the downloadable ones, you have dozens of hours worth the puzzle solving all in the palm of your hand.

  • I loved this game, from the deep emotional story, to the simple, yet refined combat.Yakuza 3 is not only a great game, but also a really interesting look into the world of the Yakuza.I'm looking forward to the 4th game and hoping that it keeps all the things that make the entire "Yakuza" series so great.

  • The first No More Heroes is easily one the most over the top game's I've ever played. And the fact that the sequel is even more crazy makes it...well, one of this years best games. Add to that a bevy of improvements on both a graphical and playablity level and you have a game that's even better then the first . Simply great.

  • This is without a doubt one of the most atmospheric game's I've played all year. From the moment the game started to when it softly faded away, I was hooked. The game is also pretty dark, with all the amazingly brutal ways to die. Definitely worth fifteen dollars.
