That karaoke bird is NOT a duck. Its bill is hooked, it does not have webbed feet and it is singing so it's probably a songbird. Also there is no duck with a green/yellow color pattern but there are MANY songbirds with that color pattern.
Isn't it meant to be a take on a kappa, the Japanese mythological creature? Between the CD on the head acting as the bald spot, the shell, the colour scheme and beak, I'd be shocked if it wasn't.
