What the hell was wrong with Jazzpunk? I tried playing it and it had me reeling.

Other games? There's been a few, but weird stand outs being Half Life 2, Anything from Free Radical*, Soul Reaver: Legacy of Kain, Far Cry and, weirdly enough, Wheelman. I'm usually alright with driving games, but for some reason I was breaking out in a cold sweat every time I tried playing.

*Even Second Sight. I've also bought Homefront the Revolution out of morbid curiosity. While I imagine it will do my head in, just hopefully not from motion sickness.

If we're talking all games that I own but haven't played, then that'll be a massive nightmare that doesn't bear thinking about. What I've got directly in front of me is a bit more manageable.

Also picked up this odd little game called Goliath on a whim. We shall see how well that pans out.

If their enthusiasm for the new Doom is anything to go by, I think they'll be able to handle Hell just fine.

Bonus points for knowing just what the hell it's referencing. Seriously, it was a joke desktop that I set at the time which ended up being kept for months.

My utterly unsympathetic view is that if having to play as a race or gender different to your own is that much of a hurdle to enjoying a game, you'd need to re-evaluate your perspective on things.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game. Enough that it's on my GOtY list for 2015.

That said, it's been about 4/5 months since I finished it, so I'm a bit hazy on the finer details. Haha. It was one of those games I figured was going to get shafted in the end of the year stuff as only Austin played it, and even he seemed cooled off on it.

Ah well. Great little game. Yet to play through the free DLC, though. I'm waiting for the amped up console version for that.

Daft question: Does tinkering with the balance in the ini disable achievements? I know that I really shouldn't care about them, especially the ones on Steam... but I kinda do.

Was smiling throughout, but "Internet Garbage Man" got a legit laugh. Thanks for that. :)

My chart would be a ten point scale, the line starting at 8, then going to 9, then hovering at 10 for a while, dipping to 9 again briefly, then back to 10, then blowing up and shooting off the top of the screen when the pacifist ending was reached.

Maybe a bit exaggerated, but I really did just click with the game.
