The game I'm looking for is a (probably) discontinued Window's Phone game that was most likely released in 2013 - 2014.
It was a 2D fantasy rpg platform game that gave off Halloween vibes with a very pretty cartoonish art style. The main character was a pumpkin(?)/black blob headed person thing with a witch hat that you could move and make it punch things. You could swim under water, combat by punching and collect currency things that could be used to buy certain powerups. There was a story arch of some sort, and after finishing the tutorial the MC boarded a ship where a calamity of a sort happened.
I remember the music was all slightly halloweenish and very catchy, although instrumental. The art style reminded me of Reaper: Tale of a Pale Swordsman and I played them at roughly the same time.
