Not sure about the US but in Europe there was a retail disc version of Pain for some reason. I picked it up back then for about £5 but only played about an hour of it because it was so dull. One weird thing about it is outside of the title screen the game had no music whatsoever, but was one of the rare PS3 games to let you play your own mp3s over it.
Scientists should be in tip top condition to conduct science. I feel the science was flawed in this episode due to sickness. No way were either or those games even worse than DBZ Ultimate battle 22/27.
Rewatching this stream for reasons. The Saturn was a huge part of my childhood. I was such a Sonic nutter as a kid that it was actually Sonic Jam that made me want this console. "It's all the sonics on a disc!" was my sales pitch to my parents. While I didn't catch up with the Playstation 1 until about 2001 I still don't regret my decision to go with the Saturn first, I loved it. I sunk so many hours into games like Sega Rally, Fighters Megamix, Saturn Bomberman and Guardian Heroes, then many years later I got into the Japanese import stuff which just opens the library up to so many fun and obscure puzzle, fighting and shoot em ups. I have over 170 games for it now and there's still loads I want to grab for it. Rad system.
I have fond memories of this game as I played it at the Nintendo World store on my first visit to New York as a teen. I should play it again, the bongos are sitting in my loft somewhere though I did also recently pick up the Wii port for a quid. I doubt it's quite the same with waggle though.
