I wish that I could have all of blizzards vision at once however than I'd have to wait another 5 years and they'd have to charge 200$ for the game which I would pay gladly. However I could understand if people would rather pay for the full experience over time and receive fractions of their full vision. Honestly though I don't think anyone would get bored with one tenth of one of blizzards games let alone 1 third and if they really do mess this up then I think it's a safe bet that the apocalypse is coming because blizzard has never really messed up bad before.

No!!!! Geez!!! Why would you ever give up WoW for another mmo. If your in one MMO none will ever replace it. If WoW should ever seize to exist I will never take on another mmo suiter, I'm a one MMO man.

So little time so much to do. God I love all the leveling up with the pitboy abilities and all the choices you can make your own person and experiment with your personality and the personality of your character.

God Damn, I've seen the new dashboard, and it aint pretty. The menus are somehow more impossible to navigate than they were before filled with little weird things that try to catch you and ask you to buy things rather than let you get to what you actually want to reach.

The avatars are also a pain in the ass, who the hell cares what your avatar looks like, noone is comparing thier avatars and talking about them if they're playing any games!!!

Maybe people who don't play games might like this sort of thing but why would microsoft want them to buy their console if they wont pay back on their loses by buying 60$ games. Respect the Core Microsoft!!!

Well sony has put out some amazing games and has unfortunately not been rewarded enough for it while Nintendo has put out okay games and has been royally rewarded at least on the console sale side. I think nintendo now has a hold on the mind of the casual market the same way that an old political assumption might, for example if I told you that we should reconsider our opposition to communism you might try to kill me, well it's the same for the people who support the Wii, there would be no way to reason with them. Note though that the 2 are not equivalent.

Whereas the Ps3 remains stigmatized in the eyes of the mainstream for its pricing and it still can't stop the exponential growth of xbox live which attracts more and more people the more and more people want to play with their friends online leaving the ps3 unfortunately in the dust do to its late release and initial heavy pricing.

I bought all the oblivion crap last year but nothing else. This was partly because I was taking a stand on a few things; I might have bought Quest for Booty but I didn't want to see ratchet and clank become "episodic". Also I had my credit card ripped off and I only bought from amazon and psn so I don't know if I trust online retail anymore.

That show is and has always been made by the old T.V. types who are looking to exploit this new market and it has been successful at least at attracting of juveniles or idiots but other than that they've failed horribly.

Gran Turismo 5 prologue was the worst game I've played in a while, not only this year. I chose to ignore the lackluster reviews due to the amazing graphical effects of the game, but why then did I expect it to be any different than any of the other games in the series. The crushing difficulty and unneeded realistic driving leaves you about as able to play the game as you actually would be driving a race car.

I'm looking forward to killzone 2 the most, although I know the gameplay maybe won't be the best in the world but I certainly  hope it will be.

Also looking forward to the next call of duty project, hoping they manage to maybe tone down the sort of hyper twitch feel that call of duty 4 had and go for a more powerful game where shots really count and teamwork is more important than getting a good position and having a quick hand. That I said I want them to keep the look and feel of call of duty 4 just maybe not the same mechanics.

Finally I'm hoping for more rpg's than have currently been announced for 2009. After playing through oblivion, mass effect and fallout 3 over the past few years I feel as if there is a terrible void in at the least the western rpg space and I hope that we see another rpg of the same calibur this year. If not I'll have to spend more of my time playing less addictive games, and what a shame that would be.
