According to reporting it costs sony 451 to produce the console. So I could see it going 449 and 399. I think that would be the best pricing they could do. They could go higher if they choose. Xbox puts them in a weird position with the 299 and 499 pricing.
"The packaged version software is a limited-time only production, and the digital version will be a limited-time only release until the end of March 2021."
We're in a very weird place now because Microsoft is treating their console more like the PC in terms of backwards compatibility. Like when you upgrade your new graphics card, you can start up an old game at ultra settings and see what it looks like. I'm excited to see what forza horizon 4 and gears 5 look like on new hardware.
I think it was stated in the ps5 cerny talk that the ps5 will down lock to run the ps4 version of games(if there is no pro patch) and ps4 pro games. So, I doubt there will be a performance boost on those titles. I really don't think that Sony is putting in the work. I think this will look bad on the company if they sell ps5 remasters of ps4 games(I don't know if they will do this).
I kind of find the demons souls remake kind of funny, since, on the series x, you can play dark souls 2 and 3, dark souls remaster(4k 60). Like, you're getting a remake of halo 1 or something but halo 2 and 3 are on other platforms as well running really well. Just sounds strange to me.
So, I just bought mgs v on the xbox games sale and I noticed the big "V" on the front cover with the space cut out of it looked just like a weird looking exclamation mark or like two exclamation marks combined.
This is super dumb and it makes me laugh. I'm guessing everyone saw this right? I cant take the game seriously at all now haha.
@deathstriker: I totally understand that it's free to play. Just saying that that have 100 - 1000 dollar skins in the game for you to purchase(of course you dont have to buy them though).
@spunkyhepanda: so freaking funny that epic is trying to get players to say "we want all the nickle and diming microtransactions to go to epic instead of apple". The players just feel like pawns in their giant corporation battle.
I was wondering if you had any games that you really liked that recieved low metacritic scores.
For me, its Crackdown 3 at 60 as well as Crimsonland at 69.
I love the freedom and sandbox gameplay of Crackdown and Crimsonland is just a really fun duel stick shooting game. I will never uninstall these games haha.
Also, do metacritic scores matter to you that much? Does it affect how you view a game?
