It just... it seems so mediocre and dumb in every way, it doesn't make me mad, it's just so aggressively average in a way that properly funded console games just don't really get to be anymore.
It only makes me mad in that there are thousands of other, more interesting games out there that could have been funded instead of this.
Thank you so much for not making No Man's Sky the hottest mess for this year.
Whatever you think about it, NMS was an incredibly ambitious project, and all you gain by shitting on it at this point is further discouraging both indie devs and big publishers from making/funding similarly ambitious projects in the future.
People should never forget what Palmer Luckey did, especially after the way this year has gone. Once again, these awards make me proud to be a subscriber.

... Although I will say, Thumper not being on the Best Styyyle list is an actual fucking crime.
I started this last night and the intro completely won me over. Never could have imagined I'd like the characters as much as I do. Super excited to keep playing now.
