Not likely with the current team, England had their chance with the "golden generation" of Lampard, Terry, Gerrard, etc and couldn't do it. Though I am sure they WILL win a major tournament somewhere down the track. Also don't think Hodgson was the right choice (from the beginning) and his tactics seem more in place for the Greek national team than a team with talent like Rooney. Still can't believe England playing defensively against Italy... the players they have ususally play an attacking brand of football, so the defensive style this tournament just hasn't worked.

It's a symptom of a typical hypocritical society: same thing in Australia, you can watch shows where dudes get chopped, sliced, diced, shot, and splattered up, but a bit of boob shows up and the outcry is fanatical.

I think it probably says more about the West than anything else; Europe for example is way more liberal with how they deal with sexuality.

When replying to a series of emails, I just write Re: and then the subject.

I think it's pretty universal that the $ comes first. Maybe other currencies like yen the symbol comes after.

Have had the Anthology for a while but just recently decided to play it again; my oath, I can't stop playing it! So addictive, and constantly trying to beat high scores, and now playing on hard just to punish myself even more... but still loving it.

Got to agree with what some previous posters said; it is definitely one of the greatest franchises.

As for the loading times, come on, they aren't that bad; is 5 seconds so long to wait? Only on Metal Slug 3 it can get annoying for me, but the others are fine.

Still, awesome anthology. Any word on whether there will be any new additions out in the future? Would love to play a modern version of Metal Slug.

Metal Slug would be pretty cool.

If done right this could be a cracker of a game, especially as an open world crime game. Lost and the Damned was cool, but a SOA game could blow it outta the water... if the devs don't fuck it up that is.
