I haven't encountered any of the bugs (PC version.) What I have noticed is the lap times the AI seems to manage in wet or how when I was racing in the heavy rain most of them all switched to the option tires and flew past me. The game does need an update, just hope they actually fix some of these things. Just hope my save game doesn't corrupt like it did in DIRT2, which will never be fixed it seems.

It was pushed back 3 hours when it was supposed to be released at 1pm EST, then about 30 minutes later it was available. On Steam at least.

Only recent game I can remember is Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising. I guess Mass Effect as well but I can't get it to run on my PC (gets to the point after the first scene and then won't run after that.) Can't hold anything against it I guess, ME2 demo ran just fine.

CTRL is fine, even Shift is fine. When it's on C is when I start going to change it.

Another reason is Codemasters haven't made a bad racing game in a while. Especially their last two. Their last sim type of game was pretty good as well, even though I doubt anybody even remembers it.

I stay away from them since the extras that they come with generally aren't that great anyway.

Well from the last footage that got leaked/shown it looked fine. Nothing that would make me buy it over Crysis 2 or Portal 2 but still something I would eventually buy.

The main thing I wanted out of the first was co-op, and since this is getting it everything else is just a plus.

Something they haven't done before at least...right?
