You kidding? The armor he's using for MvC3(the Extremis armor) is way better than the one he had in Mvc and MvC2(the Modular).
Also, the extremis is his most recent armor and the one they used in his movies, so as it stand it's his most recognizable armor. He hasn't used the modular in years and the Extremis is just plain better than the modular one anyway.
