Games certain people always want me to play.

I don't get a lot of recommendations for games to do, but when I do, it seems that people REALLY want me to play this game. These are the games people won't shut up about. Hell, I'll even list the people who keep pushing the games on me :P. I'll add more as people keep pestering me.

For some reason, I'm noticing that a lot of them are either PC games or games that might as well be on the PC. A sign that I should get into PC gaming, perhaps?

I'm trying to think of games that could get me on this list, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to play C64 games and your console repertoire is unmatched.

You should play Mark of the Wolves. As far as 2D fighters go, it's pretty rad, basically SNK's answer to Street Fighter III. Not very good at it though.
 
But yes, you should play X-COM and Heroes III. And I will never stop recommending either.

Deja Vu sucks and is incredibly hard. took me awhile to beat it. Shadowgate is a lot better

You should definitely play Chrono Cross. It's fantastic, assuming it being nothing at all like Chrono Trigger doesn't bother you.

@Video_Game_King: You should play Chrono Cross. The gameplay doesn't quite hold up to Chrono Trigger, but it's a beautiful game both aesthetically and musically. Yasunori Mitsuda is a friggin' genius with that soundtrack. So good.

Well, fuck. Guess I have to keep my word. It's gonna be a long time, though, because I still have to beat Tear Ring Saga. I haven't played that in a while, and that's mostly because Steam has a ton of games for me to beat.

Pffft... gifting. Just pick it up during a Steam sale. There'll probably be a big one during Thanksgiving/Black Friday and another one this winter.
