Well I just picked it up and it's downloading now. I never had trouble with the controls for the 2ds on 3U so I doubt I'll have troubles now. The lock on targetting with the L button was always good enough for me.
So here's my problem. I'm on the knifes edge of buying MH4U for my regular plain old 2DS, I already own MH3U for it and I loved it, I played up until middle high rank in the quests but I never "finished" it for lack of a better term. Should I go back and finish MH3U and absolve myself of the guilt at the risk of missing the hype train for MH4U and showing up to the party late? Or should I sacrifice the older game and just purchase and jump straight into MH4U?
I think the biggest problem you'll encounter is the number of games that don't take advantage of even two screens let alone three. If you see yourself spending the majority of your time in star citizen or elite: dangerous go for it, else I would just stick with one monitor for games and a second for browser stuff like Netflix.
Afterglow makes some wired/wireless headsets that are of moderate quality for decently cheap. You can get them for around 100 bucks in my area for a wireless (pc) and wired (console). Sound quality is fine, mic is also decent enough. It's not top of the line but if you're on a budget it'll do.
