Is downloadable content a Scam? Think about it, Fallout 3 was a shorter experience than Oblivion ever was. I suspect Bethesda of cutting some pieces out of the orgininal product and putting them back in later, making us effectively pay more fot it. It doesn't sound economically sound for a develloper releasing a game and than getting back to it to expand it further.

I mean all the people on his staff are from Wallstreet.
There's not a single representative from the comon people.

@ Alexand3r personally I'd say GTA on DS. I thought the Psp versions to be slugish.

I've been a fan of single player mods for years. Back in the day I loved the custom made maps for Quake 1. I love people making good games even better with mods or Total Conversions.

What are in your opinion the best single player mods / total conversions currently released.

Come on. Dead Space isn't that great a game. It's an ok-game. Nothing more, nothing less. The atmosphere was dark.. and there were some scary moments here and there. But it's not an innovating game. It's basically Doom 3 in third person. The story sucked. Not many different enemies. Apart from the balde cutter thing, weapons were not so good. The NPC were boring, just standing around, argueing all the time... why bother rescueing these people.

It is a great game in its own right, but is it really a step forward? Let's see:

- basically the same engine as in Oblivion
- boring quests (go there, get that, kill that, repeat)
- boring main storyline.
- less side quests than Oblivion
- boring graphics (sure it's a wasteland, but should everything look brownish / grey?)
- not really a living, breathing world, NPC's just standing around (like in Morrowind and Oblivion)
- some lackluster animations of NPC's
- faces look the same
- targeting system: fun for a while but after 100th headshot it becomes boring..
- RPG elements become boring, like opening closets , desks, lockers all the time. The loot you find is usually not that interesting.
- burgs (desktop crashes, gliches .. come on Bethesda we had that in Oblivion)

Am i talking crap here?
