  • Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm is a video game for the PlayStation 3 due to be released during the fall of 2008. It will be the newest installment in the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series. The game was first unveiled in 2007, under the code name Naruto PS3 Project. Later the game was named Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, in junction with this, they allowed fans to choose the final front cover of the game.

  • Final Fantasy XIII is an upcoming console role-playing game both developed and to be published by Square Enix for PlayStation 3 worldwide, and Xbox 360 in Europe and North America. First appearing at E3 2006, the game features a futuristic, high-tech world, and a storyline focusing on people in resistance of this world.

    Final Fantasy XIII is the flagship title of the Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII collection. The game contains a common mythology with Final Fantasy Agito XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII, although they are not directly related to each other. Motomu Toriyama, who was Director of Final Fantasy X-2 and Director and Scenario Writer of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, will direct and write the story for the game.

  • Resident Evil 5, known in Japan as Biohazard 5, is the forthcoming installment in the Resident Evil survival horror video game series, which is set to debut for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will be developed and published by Capcom. Capcom officially announced Resident Evil 5 on July 20, 2005, and is scheduled for release on March 12, 2009 in Japan, and March 13, 2009 in North America and Europe.

  • LittleBigPlanet (sometimes abbreviated to LBP; and developed under the working title The Next Big Thing) is an upcoming puzzle platformer and world creation video game for the PlayStation 3, first announced on 7 March 2007, by Phil Harrison at the 2007 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California. It is being developed by Media Molecule, a British company founded in part by Rag Doll Kung Fu creator Mark Healey, will be published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and is due for release in October 2008. A public beta version of the game was previously scheduled for the summer of 2008, but it was later announced that only private beta testing would take place, with the possibility of a publicly available demo before the full game is released. However, in a later interview, Alex Evans, Co-Founder of Media Molecule, said that a beta would be released in September 2008 describing it as "a public beta, but limited at the same time." He goes on to say "We will disclose that info when we’re ready."

  • MotorStorm: Pacific Rift is an upcoming racing video game in development by Evolution Studios and to be published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3. It is the sequel to the best selling PlayStation 3 exclusive MotorStorm. It was announced by Sony after their acquisition of Evolution Studios, with an anticipated release in the second half of 2008. It has been confirmed that a modified version of the original MotorStorm game engine will be used for this title. A demo of the game will be available via Qore in September 2008 and on the PlayStation Store in October 2008.
