Though many games feature enemies that will behave more or less the same regardless of the player's actions, some games feature enemy A.I. that grows more aggressive based on the player's interaction. For example, striking a docile enemy may cause it to attack the player. Such shifts in behavior may also be accompanied by a visible change in the enemy's appearance, such as turning red to signify anger. Boss enemies may also exhibit similar behavior, becoming more aggressive in their actions as the player deals damage to them.
