It's hard to come up with a wishlist when you haven't even played it. I may wish for more multiplayer expansions, or maybe single player, depending on what I prefer more.

But if I had to choose I would have to side with @Ryax , simply because @CL60 is just being a stupid little child who thinks it's funny to go on to a thread he has no interest in an be a D-BAG, And also MrSnow had a good thread, so to answer his question I would also like to see some form of racing game, but if not you can always just free roam race like on GTA4, but without a horn it might be weird. Also more clothing to unlock at some point would be cool.
