I am pretty sure Rockstar have said they have no plans to make a PC version. I just did some digging myself, because I was curious. Between the PS3 and the PC controls, I tend to gravitate toward PC when it comes to shooters. Oh well.

Nothing sure as for today, but I wouldn't be surprised if it came this november or early next year.

Yeah, I'm almost positive they'll do it eventually.

@sagesebas: There was a planned PC version a while ago but since the game's release there has been no announcements regarding a PC version.

Possibly sometime in the future. Also, there were images that hinted at one a while back:

If it ends up being unplayable, as such I'll probably have to wait for the xbox or ps3 one

GTA 4 was optimized terribly. I even had to turn down the resolution on my fairly high end rig.

I played through GTA IV 3 times on my dual core rig with a GTX 280, with almost everything on lowest settings possible.

I just upgraded to a six core CPU, and I still can't run everything at highest settings without pop in and minor lag.

Funny thing is, the game doesn't look any better with these high  settings.
