This game looks like a game of the year to me. Combine the wild west and grand theft auto and you've got something. Trailer looks awesome, for me GTA 4 was good but  didnt come close to San Andreas GTA 4 got 10/10 on some websites... id give it a 7 tops. I lost a little faith in rock star after that game lets hope they relight the fire. Dont get me wrong tho gta 4s rag doll, storyline and graphics are great but... not enough stuff to do... on GTA i like the idea of starting as a poor little waster, then building your character up to be a king or something. GTA 4 after you do the storyline you get a crummy little apartment :o  also no car mods? I wasn't a happy. 
 
Anyway red dead redemption look great... will you be buying it?

Definitely.  Big fan of westerns and there's a serious lack of western style games..  I enjoyed Red Dead Revolver for what it was, but this is the first time I think there's been a real AAA looking western game.  Easily one of my most anticpiated games of the year.

It's one of those games that I'll have to wait till after it's out to give it any consideration. The only 360 game that I've been looking forward to and always felt was a dead cert to be great was Metro 2033 and it look amazing!

Can't, I'm getting gow 3 on tuesday with a giftcard from Christmas and splinter cell in april, though that may not sound like alot I can't afford to spend as much money as I once did, it's sad since there are so many good games this year.

Ohhhhhh yeah. Right now, it's my only guaranteed game purchase this year. Rockstar's a solid company with a nice track record. I'm sure this one won't disappoint.

Just heard about this game a few days ago and searched around for some videos of it and I was sold, pre-ordered.

Its pre-ordered. People who wait for reviews do my tits in. Why not experience something for yourself before you let the media taint it for you, but for the most part, the quality of a game is apparent pre-release. Fairly sure RDR is a prime example.
